There’s always a buzz in the room at the end of each of my training sessions! I work to inspire, to motivate, to inject the energy that is so invaluable when running your own business.
But just as important is what lies behind that. Training by Gail Gibson is hugely interactive and is based on self discovery. It’s a facilitation process, not a set of instructions. Crucially, when you attend each course, you get the chance to apply things to your own set of circumstances, your own business. You have the opportunity to interact, to communicate, to share ideas with other people in the room.
